1. Procedure for refund purchased tickets

1.1. Tickets are refunded only if you paid for them on the website HermitageTheater.org.

1.2. From September 1, 2019, tickets, subscriptions and excursion vouchers sold within the framework of special programs and promotions that provide special conditions for the purchase of tickets, subscriptions and excursion vouchers (including benefits, discounts), by decision of the Event Organizers, may not be accepted for return. Reason: “Fundamentals of the legislation of the Russian Federation on culture” as amended by Federal Law dated July 18, 2019 No. 193-FZ.

1.3. Please note that the procedure for returning tickets is established by the event organizer. The specifics of the ticket return procedure established by a specific organizer can be clarified by email in the contacts section. Tickets are returned in accordance with the “Fundamentals of the legislation of the Russian Federation on culture” as amended by Federal Law dated July 18, 2019 No. 193-FZ and the Rules for the provision of services to the public for visiting theater, concert, sports and other entertainment events, as well as the Law of the Russian Federation dated February 7. 1992 No. 2300-1 (as amended on 05/05/2014) “On the protection of consumer rights”

1.4. Procedure for returning tickets paid through the website HermitageTheater.org

1.4.1. If tickets are returned more than a full 10 days before the start date of the event, the Spectator will be refunded 100% of the cost of the tickets, minus the expenses actually incurred by the seller in the form of a bank commission for transferring funds for non-cash payment.

1.4.2. If tickets are returned less than a full 10 days, but no later than a full 5 days before the start date of the event, the Spectator will be refunded 50% of the ticket price.

1.4.3. If tickets are returned less than 5 full days before the start date of the event, the Spectator will be refunded 30% of the ticket price.

1.4.4. If tickets are returned less than 3 full days before the start date of the event, the cost of the ticket will not be refunded to the Spectator.

1.4.5. If a viewer refuses to attend the event due to documented circumstances related to his illness or the death of a person who is a member of his family or a close relative, the cost of the ticket is refunded in full.

1.4.6. When submitting an Application for a refund of a ticket due to illness, the Spectator provides the following documents: a ticket to attend a spectacular event, an original certificate from a medical institution or a copy of a certificate of incapacity for work. Applications for ticket refunds due to illness registered after the start of the event will not be considered.

1.4.7. Tickets purchased at a discount are non-refundable.

1.4.8. To receive a refund, you must write or fill out a sample application and send a scanned or photographed copy of it by e-mail. Necessarily! indicate the subject of the letter: Return of tickets Order No. (Example: Ticket return No. HT37032110930)

1.4.9. Refunds are made only after a scan or photo of the application is received by email. mail, and the Viewer will receive a written response stating that his application has been accepted.

1.4.10. Refunds for theater tickets issued on strict reporting forms and received by the Spectator in their hands are possible only after the original tickets are provided to the office.

1.4.11. Refunds for tickets purchased by bank transfer are made only to the payer's bank card in accordance with Bank of Russia Regulations dated December 24, 2004 266 - P "On the issue of bank cards and on transactions performed using payment cards."

1.5. Applications received from Spectators are subject to consideration within ten days from the date of presentation of the corresponding demand, in accordance with Article 31 of the Law of the Russian Federation dated 02/07/1992 N 2300-1 (as amended on 05/05/2014) “On the Protection of Consumer Rights”.

1.6. Refunds for Electronic tickets are made only to the person who paid for Electronic tickets within a period of 3 to 45 business days, depending on the issuing bank of the cardholder.

1.7. The service fee, as well as the bank commission for transferring funds for non-cash payment, is non-refundable, since the services for booking, issuing and selling the Ticket are provided in full.

1.8. In case of cancellation, replacement or postponement of the event, the Spectator will be reimbursed the nominal cost of the tickets without agency fees and delivery costs, if these services were ordered by the buyer and carried out by the seller.
