In addition, the St. Petersburg Ballet today releases contemporary productions by such young choreographers as Konstantin Keihel, laureate of international festivals. The permanent composition of the troupe is 70 artists.

Among the leading soloists of the troupe are the subtle and lyrical star of the Mikhailovsky Theater, the brilliant Elena Kotsyubira and the expressive Honored Artist of Russia Margarita Rudina from the Yekaterinburg Academic Opera and Ballet Theater, who is distinguished by special artistry. "St. Petersburg Ballet" constantly cooperates with the Academy of Russian Ballet.
