"The Saint Petersburg Ballet" always offers excellent, professional performances, magnificent costumes and sets, and the vibrant energy of youth and enthusiasm. The company regularly performs at leading theater and concert venues in St. Petersburg and actively tours throughout Russia, Europe, and China. The company's touring geography is vast. The Saint Petersburg Ballet was founded in 2011 by director Maxim Zhuchin, with the goal of introducing ballet lovers worldwide to young stars of classical dance. The troupe's formation was greatly influenced by the renowned choreographer Nikolai Boyarchikov, People's Artist of Russia, professor at the Saint Petersburg Conservatory, and winner of the State Prize and the Golden Sofit Award. The company now regularly performs at the Hermitage Theatre, the Alexandrinsky Theatre, the Bolshoi Drama Theatre, and other renowned theatre venues in Saint Petersburg.

The troupe's repertoire includes classical productions of "The Nutcracker," "The Sleeping Beauty," "Swan Lake," "Giselle," "Les Sylphides," and "Carmen Suite." In addition, the Saint Petersburg Ballet currently produces contemporary productions by young choreographers such as Konstantin Keikhel and other winners of international festivals and competitions. Among the company's leading soloists are the graceful, elegant, and organic Elena Kotsyubira, a star of the Mikhailovsky Theatre, and the vibrant and technical Larisa Korsakova from the Yekaterinburg Academic Opera and Ballet Theatre, who is distinguished by her exceptional artistry.

The Saint Petersburg Ballet regularly collaborates with the Vaganova Academy of Russian Ballet and other choreographic ballet schools, providing the most talented students and graduates with the opportunity to gain stage practice. Leading soloists from the Mariinsky, Mikhailovsky, Yakobson, Stanislavsky and Nemirovich-Danchenko, and Bolshoi Theaters take part in the company's performances: Tatyana Tkachenko, Maria Ilyushkina, Renata Shakirova, Ivan Askorbin, Fuad Mamedov, Antonina Chapkina, Boris Zhurilov, Veronika Markova, Roman Malyshev, Natalia Tarasova, Vsevolod Maevsky, Denis Klimuk, Elena Chernova, Astkhig Oganesyan, Vladislav Khodasevich, and Sergei Krylov. This gives audiences the opportunity to become acquainted with the work of ballet stars from St. Petersburg and Moscow, as well as international artists.

The company's artistic director is Elena Kotsyubira, winner of an international competition. A graduate of the renowned and legendary Perm Choreographic School (teacher L.P. Sakharova). Alongside her performing career, she worked for many years in theaters, gaining vast experience under the guidance of great ballet masters, and assumed the position of Artistic Director.
